According to the Resolution No.06/22 of the Shareholders’ meeting of the "Mon It Buligar" JSC, which is listed in the 3rd classification of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, dated April 20, 2022, was renamed and approved revised rules.
The name of “Mon It Buligar” JSC has changed to “Buligar” JSC by the Order No. A/50 of CEO of Mongolian Stock Exchange, dated May 19, 2022, and the resolution No. 382 of the Head of Financial Regulatory Commission, dated July 06, 2022.
Registered it in State Registration Office of Legal Entity and amended on the Company’s Certificate on July 26, 2022.
