The opening bell ceremony for primary market trading of asset-backed securities issued by “Bers ABS active SPE” LLC was held today at the Mongolian Stock Exchange. This is the fourth asset-backed security that is offered in the Mongolian stock market. 

“Bers ABS Active SPE” LLC is offering 100,000 securities with a par value of MNT 100,000, an annual coupon rate of 16.8%, and a maturity of 24 months and expects to raise MNT 10 billion.

To honor the occasion Mr. Tserenbadral, Deputy Chairman of the FRC, Mr. Khash-Erden, Director of Business Development department of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, Mrs. Munkhtuya, Deputy Director of “Mandal Asset markets LLC” are participated in the event and Mr. Otgonbat, CEO of “Bers finance NBFI” LLC and Mr. Bolor-Erdene, Board Chairman of “Bers ABS active” LLC opened the 6785th trading of the MSE by ringing the opening bell.

During the ceremony, Mr. Khash-Erdene, Director of the Business Development department of the Mongolian Stock exchange mentioned that the Mongolian stock exchange closely gives attention to expanding the market by conducting new products into the Mongolian capital market. 

The primary market trading of "Bers ABS active SPE" LLC will accept through the trading system of the Mongolian Stock Exchange from August 25, 2022, to August 29, 2022.
