According to the Resolution No. 22/63 dated July 21, 2022 of the Board of Directors of "Bogd Bank" JSC, dividends will be distributed from the net profit after tax for the second quarter of 2022.

15 percent of the bank's net profit for the second quarter of 2022, 8,033,500,938.79 MNT or 1,205,025,140.82 MNT, will be distributed in cash per 62,500,000.00 shares in circulation, and it has been decided to distribute 19.28 MNT per share as a dividend to shareholders.

The list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends was determined on August 9, 2022, and it was decided to deposit  to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" within 60 days after the approval of the authorization.
