According to the Resolution No. 143/22/02 dated February 15, 2022, Bodi Insurance JSC Board of Directors decided to distribute a dividend of MNT 5 per share from the net profit of 2021.

The date of making the list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends is set as the date of registration of shareholders entitled to participate in the 2022 annual meeting of shareholders, and "Bodi Insurance" JSC on June 30, 2022 through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC 300,251,083 MNT was deposited in the shareholders' accounts.
