PRIMARY MARKET TRADING OF ADDITIONAL SHARES OF "INVESCORE NBFI" JSC WILL BEGIN ON JUNE 27, 2022

Following Resolution No. 310 on June 8, 2022, of the Financial Regulatory Commission and Order No. A/52 of the Chief Executive Director of the Mongolian Stock Exchange on June 3, 2022, shares for the public offering of "Invescore NBFI" JSC were registered. The primary market trading order for a total of 4,000,000 shares per value of MNT 4,155 each will start on June 27, 2022, at 10:00 am and end on  July 1, 2022. It will be accepted through the IPO system of the Mongolian Stock Exchange.

The 95 percent of the offered securities, 3,800,000 shares, will be allocated to strategic investors following Section 3.4 of the "Primary Securities Market Trading Rules" of the Mongolian Stock Exchange. Also, the employees of "Invescore NBFI" JSC, who placed an order of MNT 5,000,000 or more, were to separate their shares under the same conditions as strategic investors in the presentation of the project for issuing additional shares.

Out of a total of 4,000,000 shares, the remaining shares that are not allocated to strategic investors and employees will be distributed to the public, and the purchase order for the securities to be distributed to the public is fully fulfilled if the amount is 36 shares or 150,000 MNT or less. If the number of public purchase orders exceeds the amount, securities orders exceeding 36 shares per unit investor will be distributed to retail investors using the pro-rata method.

In addition, in section 8  with Resolution No. 310 of the Financial Regulatory Commission, if the amount of orders given to purchase shares from the public in the primary market exceeds the supply amount, the issuer will issue an additional 600,000 shares equal to 15% of the shares issued as a public offering based on the order result.
