Opening bell ceremony for primary market trading of second asset-backed securities of 2022 held today at the Mongolian Stock Exchange. This is the third asset-backed security that is offered in the Mongolian stock market.
To honor the occasion Mr. Bayarsaikhan, Chairman of the FRC, Mr. Jambaajamts, Secretariat Chairman of the FRC, Mr. Altai, CEO of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, Mr. Temuulen, CEO of “Ashid Capital NBFI” LLC and Ms. Ulziibayar, CEO of “Ulzii & Co Capital” LLC visited the Mongolian Stock Exchange and opened the 6742nd trading of the MSE by ringing the opening bell.
“Simple Asset SPE” LLC is offering 500,000 securities with par value of MNT 100,000, annual coupon rate of 15%, and a maturity of 18 months and expecting to raise MNT 50 billion.
Furthermore, “Simple asset SPE” LLC offering MNT 40 billion for strategic investors identified by underwriter company and MNT 10 billion for public.
Investors can subscribe to "Simple Asset SPE" LLC securities through their brokerages between the dates of June 20 and 24, 2022.
