According to the Article 8.10.11 of the regulation of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, Article 7.5.3 of the “Procedures for public disclosure of securities by the issuer”, March 23, 2022, and the Resolution No. 145 of the Financial Regulatory Commission, the "Methodology for Assessing the Corporate Governance Code" was revised and obligated to follow from June 10, 2022.

Therefore, joint-stock companies will evaluate the implementation report as stated in Order No.A/58 of the Chief Executive Director of the Mongolian Stock Exchange dated June 9, 2022, and submit it by April 1 of each year. Moreover, the MSE-listed companies should occasionally report any changes in the implementation report.
