According to the Resolution No. 124 of the Government of Mongolia dated March 23, 2022, on measures to be taken on privatization of "Cement Shokhoi" JSC in Khutul, Resolution No. 173 of the Financial Regulatory Commission dated April 6, 2022, Article 8.10.11, Article 18.3 of the "Securities Registration Procedure" of the "Mongolian Stock Exchange" SOE, and Task No. 9/2397 of the Financial Regulatory Commission dated June 7, 2022, the number of ordinary shares of "Cement Shokhoi" JSC was reduced and the securities registration was changed.

2,751,388,203 ordinary shares with a nominal value of MNT 100 issued by "Cement Shokhoi" JSC listed on the Mongolian Stock Exchange by order No. A/195 dated October 19, 2017, to replace the debt with shares, 6,000,000 ordinary shares with the value of 100 MNT offered in a closed environment by the order No. A/89 dated July 20, 2018, a total of 2,757,388,203 ordinary shares were delisted and the total shares of the company were amended to 119,452,690.
