According to the Resolution No. 274 of the Financial Regulatory Commission dated May 25, 2022, the decision to list additional 18,521,598 ordinary shares of "Erdenes Solutions" JSC with a par value of MNT 10 each was approved. Therefore "Erdenes Solutions" JSC's total shares were amended to 176,396,168 and registered in the Mongolian Central Securities Depository.

The company is offering 9.5 percent or 16,572,469 additional shares to the public at 108 MNT per share.

"Erdenes Solutions" JSC will register its revised charter with the General Authority for State Registration and submit the relevant documents to the Financial Regulatory Commission in case of 100 percent successful sale of additional shares offered to the public in the primary market.
