According to Resolution No.03 of the Board of Directors of “Invescore NBFI” JSC, dated February 18, 2022, the Board approved to distribute of dividends in the amount of MNT 25.00 per share and a total of MNT 1.79 billion from the net profit of 2021. The registration date of the list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends is set for March 19, 2022, and dividends were planned to be distributed to the shareholders' account in the "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC by June 30, 2022.

Dividends of MNT 1,591,771,861.25 were deposited in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository on May 18, 2022, and the tax deduction will be made under the related laws and regulations.
