To promote institutional investors' participation in the domestic capital market, the MSE revised listing fees for Closed-end funds and amended its "Closed-end Fund listing rules."

The MSE's initial listing fee for a fund was reduced from a rate of 1 percent down to 0.25-0.5 percent depending on the value of total listed units and will be capped at MNT150 million, while the annual listing fee was cut from a rate of 0.1 percent down to 0.05 percent, with a cap of MNT50 million.
