By resolution No.178 of 2014 of Minister of Finance, a working group was established to develop Government securities domestic market, to increase competition and transparency for participation of foreign and domestic investors, to develop and to improve securities trading, clearing and settlement systems. This working group leaded by Sub Minister of Finance, Purev.S, and those are Ministry of Finance, Financial Services Commission, Mongol Bank, Mongolian Stock exchange related workers worked. on 21st of August, 2014, the above working group made recommendations that is related to governments securities are supposed to conducting through Stock Exchange. When Finance Minister received it then make last decision after government meeting will discuss about it.
