Opening bell ceremony for primary market trading of first asset-backed securities of 2022 held today at the Mongolian Stock Exchange. This is the second asset-backed securities that is offered in the Mongolian stock market.
To honor the occasion Mr. Jambaajamts, Secretariat Chairman of the FRC, Mr. Dulguun, Director of Securities market department of the FRC, Mr. Altai, CEO of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, Mr. Erelkheg, Board Chairman of “Omni Capital NBFI” LLC, Mr. Byambasuren, Board Chairman of “Omni Active SPE” LLC, and Ms. Lkhamdolgor, CEO of “Apex Capital” LLC visited the Mongolian Stock Exchange and opened the 6660th trading of the MSE by ringing the opening bell.
“Omni Active SPE” LLC is offering 50,000 securities with par value of MNT 100,000, annual coupon rate of 14.5%, and a maturity of 24 months and expecting to raise MNT 5 billion.
Investors can subscribe to "Omni Active SPE" LLC securities through their brokerages between the dates of February 21 and 24, 2022, from 10 am to 4 pm.
