In order to increase the liquidity of the Stock Exchange and provide more fluid and efficient trading, and maintain a fair and orderly market, the Mongolian Stock Exchange has introduced a new “Rule on the market makers’ activities” which was approved by the FRC on 29th January, 2022.
According to this rule, qualified members of MSE will act as market makers to ensure the liquidity of a market by offering to both buy and sell securities. MSE will inform the public the names of qualified market makers and their trading activities in a timely manner.
