Financial Regulatory Commission, Bank of Mongolia, Mongolian stock exchange, and Mongolian Association Of Securities Dealers co-organized a meeting, and presented "Rules on approving changes in share capital and shareholders of banks structured as a joint-stock company," jointly approved by the Governor of the Bank of Mongolia and Chairman of the Financial Regulatory Commission, to ensure IPO preparation by Banks going public within banking reform. 

According to the Rules, any person wishing to purchase a bank's share and an influential prospective shareholder are required to submit accurately fulfilled Form 1 and 2 prescribed in this rule to their respective brokerage firms, and the brokerage firms are obligated to promptly deliver the forms to the Mongolian stock exchange and the Bank of Mongolia.
