According to Order No.: A/75 and А/82, dated August 31 and September 17, 2021 respectively, CEO of the Mongolian Stock exchange, 15 percent or 119,966,060 shares of Central express CVS's common shares are registered in Tier III. The Financial Regulatory Commission approved the initial public offering through resolution No.: 430, dated October 13, 2021.

The company is offering 50 percent or 59,983,030 shares of its total issuing shares to strategic investors and the remaining 50 percent or 59,983,030 shares will be offered to the public at a fixed price of MNT 208 per share to raise a total of MNT24,952,940,480. The proceeds will be invested in opening new stores and improving the facilities of distribution centers and food production as specified in the prospectus.

If demand for shares of the offering exceeds supply, the company can exercise a greenshoe option of 17,994,909 shares or MNT3,742,941,072.
