According to the Resolution No.: 20/37 of Board of Directors meeting, dated on December 23, 2020, ‘LendMN NBFI’ JSC were able to re-purchase the own shares, and the company has been re-purchased 37,609,730 shares in period between December 24, 2020 and March 31, 2021, in accordance with Clause 49, 55, 76 of Company Law of Mongolia.

On April 23, 2021, the Board of Directors meeting of ‘LendMN NBFI’ JSC held by virtually and approved the Resolution No.: 21/17, which is to re-purchase own shares again in order to improve liquidity and stabilizes of share price.

The Resolution states that the company shall re-purchase no more than 5 percent of common shares with price, which is not more than 5 percent of weighted average exchange price in last 30 days.
