Erdene Resource Development Corporation (MSE:ERDN) announced an report initial assay results from the current exploration drill program confirming the southern extension of the Dark Horse Mane gold prospect.

“The intersection of 35 metres of 2.67 g/t gold in AAD-81, starting almost at surface, complimenting the significant gold mineralization in drilling to date, demonstrates the prospectivity of the large Ulaan-Khundii alteration system,” said Peter Akerley, Erdene’s President and CEO. “The intersection in AAD-81 also confirms the southern extension of the Dark Horse Mane prospect, illustrating the potential scale of this newly discovered system. We are looking forward to receiving the remaining results from this program later in the quarter.”
