According to the Board’s meeting decision, dated on April 12, 2021, ‘Darkhan Guril Tejeel’ JSC decided to hold the shareholders meeting online at 12 pm on April 24, 2021, due to the lockdown of state of heightened alert.
Shareholders could register the meeting following steps:
1st step: Register. Go to info@darkhanflour.mn link and register with your national registration number, phone number and email address. Meeting commission will contact to you back.
2nd step: Confirmation. The company will confirm you as shareholders of company, and will email you meeting documents, username, password and link to virtual meeting.
3rd step: Participate. Go to the link, which provided by company and enter first and last name, password
