According to the CEO order No.A-22 of the Mongolian Stock Exchange dated March 19, 2021 and the FRC Resolution No. 96 dated March 26, 2021, “Erdenes-Tavan Tolgoi” JSC’s bonds  with value of up to MNT 2 trillion have been approved for public offering. 

The bonds will be issued in currencies of Mongolian tugriks (MNT) and US dollar (USD) with maturity of 24-36 months, par value of MNT 100,000 and USD 100 and coupon rate of 10.0% and 6.8%, respectively. 

The Company will offer the debt instruments to public in three phases and the proceeds will be used in implementing of major infrastructure projects such as construction of railway, coal processing and thermal power plants.
