"Mongolian Stock Exchange" JSC has been implementing coherent measures to protect investors' rights and improve market liquidity by ensuring compliance with duties to shareholders and authorized bodies by listed companies.
To ensure compliance, MSE hereby notifies the listed companies, not meeting continuing requirements set forth in the Listing rules, to comply with fiduciary duties and remedy violations. MSE will impose a penalty of delisting to the following companies unless respective violations are rectified within the prescribed period.
