The "LendMN NBFI" JSC, a tier 1 listed company, is issuing the “LendMN Bond” offered to the public at MNT100,000 nominal price, 17% annual interest rate, 1-year maturity and the total value of MNT5.0 billion.

In relation to this, Mr. Jambaajamts, Head of Secretariat of the FRC, Mr. Altai.Kh, CEO of Mongolian Stock Exchange, Mrs.Odmaa.Ts, Chairman of ‘LendMN NBFI’ JSC,  Mr. Boldbaatar.O, CEO of "LendMN" JSC and Mrs. Ulziibayar.B, CEO of "Ard Capital Group" LLC, have participated in the opening ceremony of the subscription of the "LendMN Bond" and rung the bell to open the 6,245th trading of MSE.

"Ard Capital Group" LLC is serving as the lead underwriter with ‘Mirae Asset Securities Mongolia’ LLC as the supporting underwriter. The primary market trading orders will be received through MSE member brokerage companies between 10:00-17:00 hours during June 15-18, 2020 and 10:00-15:00 hours on the last day of order, June 19, 2020.
