As Mongolian Stock Exchange /MSE/ is committed to promoting women’s involvement in managerial position and enhancing gender equality, MSE annually hosts the ‘Ring the bell for gender Equality’ in partnership with the International Finance Corporation, the Sustainable Stock Exchange Initiative, the UN Global Compact, the UN Women and the Women Entrepreneur Counsel at the Mongolian Chamber of Commerce and Industry to celebrate the International Women's Day. 

The event is being hosted by 85 exchanges around the world this year, with the purpose of publicizing the importance of gender equality in business and sustainable development, however, the MSE has cancelled it this year due to the global COVID-19 virus emergency.

According to the international researches and practices, gender equality ensures not only human rights and freedom, but also allows businesses and organizations reach their full potential and maximize the performance. Thus, MSE is encouraging other market participants, listed companies and member companies to ensure gender equality.
