On January 29, 2020, FRC issued a decision on specifying dividend distribution process which ordered the listed companies to distribute the dividends to their shareholders through the Mongolian Central Securities Depository. 

Therefore, MSE hereby informs that a company that resolved to pay dividends shall have to specify the pay date, distribute dividends through the MCSD within the first two quarters under the provision 46.1 of the Company Law as well as provide us with the report of dividend distribution no later than 15 days after completing the payment process.
