ATTENTION TO ‘BUKHUG’ JSC SHAREHOLDERS

     Financial Regulatory Commission has approved an offer to buy 36,575 shares equal to 8 percent of ‘Bukhug’ /MSE : BHG/ JSC for not less than MNT 2837 /two thousand eight hundred thirty seven/ per share, made by Ts.Chantsal, Ts.Gantsetseg and E.Gerelt-Od, related parties that currently hold total of 420,718 shares or 92 percent of the company. The offer is valid for 60 days beginning December 12, 2012.
