The representatives from the British Parliament led by Lord Howard of Lympne visited the Mongolian Stock Exchange on November 9th, 2017 and struck the opening bell for the 5,594th trading session.
During the opening bell ceremony, Lord Howard emphasized that the Mongolia-United Kingdom diplomatic relations was established in 1963 and Britain was the first western country to recognize the sovereignty of Mongolia. Lord Howard mentioned that the strategic partnership between the London Stock Exchange Group and MSE is a symbol of the two countries’ bilateral relations and is confident that the cooperation will only broaden in the future.
