As a part of its initiative to boost the development of the capital market, MSE signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Finance and Economics on October 20, 2017.

The partnership will serve to increase the public's familiarity with the capital market. In addition, it will aim to organize activities such as teaching capital market courses, conduct research, update the program for training financial specialists and advance the skill sets of subsectors specialists.
