According to the Company Law of Mongolia, Listing Rule of MSE and Listing materials and documents of "Baganuur" JSC, Mongolian Stock Exchange /MSE/ registered additional 9,870,287 shares at MNT100.0 per share and made listing amendment on "Baganuur" JSC to total of 30,844,647 shares at MNT100.0 per share.

MSE sent report of additional shares information to the FRC, and FRC will grant permission to "Baganuur" JSC for public trading.
