In accordance with the Clause No.: 46 of Company Law of Mongolia, Regulation of Distributing dividends policy of Company and the Resolution No.:04 of Board of Directors meeting dated on 28 March 2016, “Khurd” JSC will be distributed 9 percent or MNT37.2 million as a dividends to its shareholders with MNT275.00 per share.
