Following the resignation of D. Munkhbat, who had been serving as Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Mongolian Stock Exchange JSC, at his own request, the Board of Directors, pursuant to Resolution No. 43 dated October 7, 2026, resolved to appoint H. Erdeneburen, Director of the Administration and Finance Department of the Mongolian Stock Exchange JSC, to concurrently perform the duties of Acting Chief Executive Officer.
