Pursuant to Order No. 569 of the Chairperson of the Financial Regulatory Commission dated September 28, 2026, and Order No. A/447 of the Chief Executive Officer of the Mongolian Stock Exchange JSC dated October 5, 2026, the securities register of “Erdene Resource Development Corporation”, listed on the Mongolian Stock Exchange, has been updated.

The securities register has been revised to reduce the total number of the company’s 65,559,710 ordinary shares by 66,166 shares delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange of Canada, resulting in a total of 65,493,544 shares.
