Pursuant to Article 83.1 of the Company Law, Article 70.1.9 of the Securities Market Law, Article 6.9.3 of the Charter of the Mongolian Stock Exchange (MSE) JSC, Article 18.4 of the Securities Registration Regulation, Resolution No. 26/06 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of “Bodi Insurance” JSC dated September 21, 2026, and the Company’s official request No. 01/1391 dated September 23, 2026, the Chief Executive Officer of the Mongolian Stock Exchange JSC has issued the following decision.

Accordingly, pursuant to Order No. A/443 of the Chief Executive Officer of the Mongolian Stock Exchange JSC dated September 29, 2026, the registered company name of “Bodi Insurance” JSC, listed in the Exchange’s Securities Registration under the code BODI/554, has been changed to “Bogd Insurance” JSC, and the corresponding amendment has been made to the Securities Registration.

MONGOLIAN STOCK EXCHANGE
