Representatives of the Mongolian Stock Exchange (MSE) JSC met with representatives of Palladium Group, the implementing partner of the UK Government’s MOBILIST programme, to exchange views on potential areas of cooperation.

MOBILIST is an international capital markets programme of the UK Government aimed at increasing institutional and private investment in emerging markets. As of September 2026, the programme is partnering with 11 stock exchanges worldwide and operates across more than 70 countries, supporting the development of new investment products, providing technical assistance, and promoting investment.

During the meeting, the parties agreed to continue cooperation and explore opportunities to receive technical assistance in initiatives aimed at improving the liquidity of Mongolia’s domestic capital market. These initiatives include developing the market-making framework, expanding the issuance of ETFs and index-based investment products, and further developing the sustainable finance market.
