Pursuant to Official Letter No. 1/3337 dated September 11, 2026, issued by the Financial Regulatory Commission, the primary market trading of 120,000 units of “Sendly Bond 3.0” debt instruments publicly offered by “Sendly NBFI” JSC, with a nominal value of MNT 100,000 per bond and a total offering size of MNT 12 billion, was deemed successfully completed.

Accordingly, secondary market trading of the “Sendly Bond 3.0” debt instruments commenced today, September 14, 2026, under the trading symbol SNDY-BD-14/09/28-C0102-19.
