Pursuant to Official Letter No. 1/3320 dated September 9, 2026, issued by the Financial Regulatory Commission, the primary market trading of the first tranche of “DBM Bond” debt instruments publicly offered by the Development Bank of Mongolia LLC, with a nominal value of MNT 100,000 per bond and a total offering size of MNT 100,000,000,000, was deemed successfully completed.

Accordingly, secondary market trading of the “DBM Bond” debt instruments commenced today, September 10, 2026, under the trading symbol DBOM-BD-10/09/27-C0100-11.
