Pursuant to Articles 6.1.1 and 6.2.10 of the Law on the Legal Status of the Financial Regulatory Commission and Article 9.2 of the Law on the Mining Products Exchange, the Financial Regulatory Commission, through Resolution No. 320 dated August 27, 2026, approved the implementation of the “Regulation on Standardization and Implementation of Molybdenum Concentrate Trading Contracts,” approved as an annex to Resolution No. 34 of the Board of Directors of the Mongolian Stock Exchange JSC dated August 12, 2026, as well as the following amendments to relevant trading regulations.
The following regulations have been amended:

“Mining Products Exchange Trading Regulations”;

“Regulation on Standardization and Implementation of Coal Spot and Forward Contracts.”
The key amendments include:

A legal framework has been established for the trading of molybdenum through the Mining Products Exchange;

Trading will be conducted on business days from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00;

Sell orders for copper concentrate and molybdenum concentrate traded under forward contracts may now be submitted with either fixed or floating prices.
