MONGOLIAN STOCK EXCHANGE ORGANIZES IN-PERSON TRAINING ON FUNDAMENTALS OF THE SECURITIES MARKET

The Mongolian Stock Exchange JSC organizes the “Fundamentals of the Securities Market” training program as part of its efforts to enhance public financial literacy, expand knowledge of the securities market, and improve the skills and practices required to make informed investment decisions.

The training is available to all interested participants in both in-person and online formats, with the number of participants attending in person continuing to increase each month.

In August, two in-person training sessions were held, during which participants expanded their knowledge through a three-day program covering the following topics:

  • Types and objectives of investment

  • Fintech and cryptocurrency

  • Professional market participants and their roles

  • The importance of the capital market

  • Portfolio construction

  • Securities trading on the Mongolian Stock Exchange and the process of participating in trading

  • Review and knowledge reinforcement

The training was delivered by experienced professionals with extensive backgrounds in the securities market, providing participants with an in-depth understanding of both theoretical concepts and practical applications.

During the training, T. Khash-Erdene, Director of the Business Development Department of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, congratulated the participants, highlighting the importance of continuously expanding their knowledge of the growing benefits of the capital market, new market developments, and practical trading experience. He expressed confidence that the participants had gained systematic knowledge of fundamental capital market concepts, its importance, the roles and activities of market participant organizations, securities trading, and practical applications, and presented certificates to the participants upon completion of the training.
