Pursuant to Article 83.1 of the Company Law, Article 70.1.9 of the Securities Market Law, Clauses 23.1 and 23.11.5 of the Mongolian Stock Exchange Securities Registration Regulations, and official notices No. 01/922 dated August 14, 2026 and No. 01/938 dated August 21, 2026 issued by the Central Securities Depository, the Mongolian Stock Exchange issued Order No. A/389 regarding the following decision:

The principal amount of 100,000 “Sendly Bond-2.0” debt instruments, each with a nominal value of MNT 100,000 and registered under trading code 3045 (SNDB), issued by “Sendly NBFI” JSC, has been fully repaid.

Accordingly, the “Sendly Bond-2.0” debt instruments have been delisted from the securities register of the Mongolian Stock Exchange.
