The Mongolian Stock Exchange hereby notifies “Azyk” JSC, “Guril” JSC, “Tumur Zavod” JSC, “Altai Negdel” JSC, and “Mongol Shevro” JSC, which have met the conditions for potential removal from the MSE Securities Register, to fulfill their obligations under the applicable regulations and agreements and to provide information, by September 25, 2026, regarding the measures they intend to undertake to meet the relevant criteria and requirements.

If the respective companies fail to respond and take the necessary measures within the specified deadline, they will be delisted from the Mongolian Stock Exchange Securities Register in accordance with the MSE Securities Registration Regulations.
