Pursuant to the official request No. 26/2/30 submitted by “Tav” JSC on August 6, 2026, 114,737 shares, each with a nominal value of MNT 100, have been delisted from the securities register of the Mongolian Stock Exchange.

The delisting was carried out in accordance with Article 83.1 of the Company Law, Article 70.1.9 of the Securities Market Law, Clause 6.9.3 of the Charter of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, Clauses 23.1 and 23.2 of the Securities Registration Regulations, and the company’s official request dated August 6, 2026.

Accordingly, pursuant to Order No. A/382 of the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Mongolian Stock Exchange dated August 24, 2026, the aforementioned shares were removed from the MSE securities register.
