As part of its 10th anniversary, “Yesun Shijir Invest NBFI” LLC officially commenced the primary market offering of its “Shijir-1” Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), seeking to raise MNT 10 billion. A bell-ringing ceremony marking the commencement of trading was held today, August 24, 2026, at the MSE-Hall of the Mongolian Stock Exchange.
Opening the bell-ringing ceremony, D. Munkhbat, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, highlighted that “Yesun Shijir Invest NBFI” LLC has operated sustainably and responsibly in the financial sector since 2016, contributing to greater financial inclusion for individuals and small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as the development of transparent and sustainable sources of financing.

He further noted that, through “Yesun Shijir Asset Two TZK” LLC, the company is offering its first ABS to the public, providing investors with an opportunity to access a potentially stable investment return.
Mr. Munkhbat extended his best wishes to the team of “Yesun Shijir Invest NBFI” LLC on the successful launch of its ABS offering and expressed appreciation to the organizations involved in the transaction, including TDB Securities SC, the lead underwriter; MJLaw Attorneys, the legal counsel; Mongolian Mortgage Corporation HFC LLC, the trustee; and Inter Audit LLC, the credit analysis provider.
The ceremony officially marked the commencement of primary market trading of the “Shijir-1” ABS issued by “Yesun Shijir Asset Two TZK” LLC.
