“SUU” JSC, pursuant to Chapter 6 and Article 76.1 of the Company Law, Sections 8.15 and Chapter 11 of the Company’s Charter, and Resolution No. 18 of the Company’s Board of Directors dated August 12, 2026, has resolved to distribute MNT 2,830,840,295.3 (two billion eight hundred thirty million eight hundred forty thousand two hundred ninety-five tugriks and thirty mungu) from its net profit for the first half of 2026 as dividends to its shareholders.

The dividend has been set at MNT 8.25 (eight tugriks and twenty-five mungu) per share, with the record date set as September 26, 2026. The company has resolved to complete the distribution of dividends by December 31, 2026.
