The Board of Directors of Innovation Investment JSC has resolved, through Resolution No. TUZ-26/26 dated July 29, 2026, to distribute dividends from the company’s retained earnings.

A total of MNT 11,093,349,600 will be allocated to 184,889,160 outstanding common shares, setting the dividend per share at MNT 60 to shareholders.

The record date for determining the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as August 14, 2026. The dividend will be distributed through Mongolian Central Securities Depository and transferred to shareholders’ accounts by August 26, 2026.
