Pursuant to Order No. 438 dated June 23, 2026, issued by the Chairman of the Financial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia, and Order No. A/311 dated July 2, 2026, issued by the Chief Executive Officer of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, an amendment has been made to the securities registration of “Erdene Resource Development Corporation.”

The company’s 65,434,708 common shares have been increased by 16,667 additional shares, which were newly listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, bringing the total number of issued shares to 65,451,375. The corresponding change has been reflected in the securities registration.
