Bayanteeg JSC has resolved to distribute additional dividends of MNT 3,960 (three thousand nine hundred sixty) per share in accordance with Article 46 of the Company Law and Resolution No. 11 dated June 5, 2026, of the Board of Directors.

The record date for determining the list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends has been set as April 13, 2026, which is the registration date of the company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The additional dividends will be distributed within the third quarter of 2026.
