Pursuant to Resolution No. 382 dated May 27, 2026, issued by the Chairman of the Financial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia, and Order No. A/256 dated June 4, 2026, issued by the Chief Executive Officer of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, an amendment has been made to the securities registration of Erdene Resource Development Corporation listed on the Mongolian Stock Exchange.

A total of 65,252,554 common shares of the company have been increased by 66,667 shares, which were additionally listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange in Canada. Accordingly, the total number of issued shares has been updated to 65,319,221 shares in the securities register.
