“Bodi Insurance” JSC has decided to distribute dividends in accordance with Article 46.5 of the Company Law, Article 8.12.12 of the Company Charter, Article 15.1 of the Charter, and Resolution No. 26/07 of the Board of Directors dated February 16, 2026.

From the company’s net profit at the end of 2025, MNT 1,356,798,385.80 will be distributed as dividends at MNT 5.85 per share.

The record date for compiling the list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends will be the record date of the 2026 annual shareholders’ meeting, and the dividends will be distributed through the Central Securities Depository JSC by April 30, 2026.
