MSE PROVIDES INFORMATION TO MEMBER SECURITIES COMPANIES ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE “NATIONAL ANTI-CORRUPTION PROGRAM”

On October 23, 2025, the Mongolian Stock Exchange (MSE) organized an information session for its member securities companies within the framework of the implementation plan of the “National Anti-Corruption Program”, approved by Resolution No. 46 of 2024 of the State Great Khural (Parliament of Mongolia).

The session featured presentations by Senior Commissioner S. Galbadrakh from the Department for Implementation of the National Anti-Corruption Program of the Independent Authority Against Corruption (IAAC), and Commissioner S. Bayartsetseg from the Prevention and Public Awareness Department of the IAAC.

The discussion covered the following topics:

  • Prevention of corruption, money laundering, and economic and financial crimes

  • Promoting a culture of zero tolerance for corruption in the private sector by introducing the ISO 26000 Social Responsibility Guidance Standard and the ISO 37301 Compliance Management System Standard

During the event, Commissioner S. Bayartsetseg also delivered a detailed presentation on “Causes, Consequences, and Impact of Corruption”, providing in-depth information about the Law on Combating Corruption and the Criminal Code of Mongolia to enhance understanding and awareness among participants.
