Following the amendments made on June 26, 2025, to the “Debt Instrument Registration Regulation” of the Financial Regulatory Commission, the Mongolian Stock Exchange JSC has prepared a draft amendment to its “Securities Registration Regulation” in order to align it with the updated regulatory framework.

In accordance with Article 2.2.2 of the Financial Regulatory Commission’s “Instruction on the Approval and Registration of Rules and Regulations of Self-Regulatory Organizations and Regulated Entities of the Securities Market”, we invite market participants, market infrastructure institutions, professional organizations, securities issuers, and regulatory bodies to submit their comments and suggestions regarding the draft regulation.
