In accordance with Resolution No. 258 dated June 26, 2025, issued by the Financial Regulatory Commission, and Order No. A/256 dated June 23, 2025, by the CEO of the Mongolian Stock Exchange (MSE), the primary market trading of “Gender Bond” debt instruments issued by Khaan Bank JSC has been officially registered and will begin on July 7, 2025.
The subscription period for the bonds will be open from July 7 to July 21, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and orders will be accepted through the MSE’s IPO system. The offering will be closed once 100% of the total intended amount has been subscribed.
